Problem with Provident fund(PF) amount withdrawal, with Andhra Pradesh govt.

I was working with a IT company in chennai, whose HQ is in Hyderabad. Sometime back, I quit my job and filed to withdraw my full PF amount (an ample sum), its currently with the PF office of the AP govt. Its 3 months hence and I have not received it, usually with Tamilnadu PF office, we receive it within 3 months. Does it usually take longer with the AP Govt??

In 1.5 months time I will be going abroad for long term and I am in need of it before I leave. Any ideas of how to get it done ?

I was thinking of directly going & speaking to the authorities, but was mulling if they might ask (demand a bribe) for a percentage of my PF amount to give clearance. Is there any other viable option?
