Permission to Trek in Forest

can anyone give me pointers for the following
1. Can we trek in a forest without permission of the forest officials.
2. If we need to take permission from the forest officials, what is the procedure.

1. Tadkalpudi forest range in Khamman District
2. Narsapur forest in Medak district

Did a li'l bit of research and it looks like treks are possible in these forests, but couldn't find much info on the the procedures and permissions part. I've asked around and may be will hear something (not too hopeful). Found the below blog posts by people who did these treks. Try and post your questions there and may be some one will answer. Do post your findings in this thread if you get any response, so that it helps others too.
