I am wondering if anyone knows what the going rate for a small piece of land in the rural part of Andhra Pradesh would be? I have no clue. Also how much does it normally cost to build a small flat in the rural area of Andhra Pradesh?

No idea about cost of land, actually I'm also curious about that, but of course as a foreign tourist you wouldn't be permitted to buy land anyway.

I really think it depends on how rural are you talking about. It varies greatly depending on the place and type of land. From the top of my head, a farming land of 1 acre in a village near Visakahapatnam, Andhra Pradesh is about 3000 USD.

But what do you have in mind?
