Kite Store in Hyderabad

Weird question...but my little brother in the U.S. is big into kites and he wants me to pick him up a "nice kite" from India. Are there specialty kite stores in Hyderabad that anyone might know of? I'm not looking for the cheap plastic stuff that you can get at your neighborhood grocery...but something a bit nicer.

kites? plastic?

If you mean paper kites, you will get them in small shops in the old city and sometimes around Panjagutta (seen mainly around January or so, the Sankranti festival)

But these are very ordinary kites.

Plastic/Paper...same same, but different.

Seems like the kites that end up on my terrace from the kids in the neighborhood are made of plastic or paper, very cheap and as your say "ordinary". Looking for something a bit nicer than that...perhaps made of cloth.
