Renigunta is just 10 km from Tirupati town. There are plenty of buses that ply, as do autos.
There are buses directly to renigunta starting from TIRUMALA ( Up hills town of TIRUPATI) Also since it seems you are travelling by train EX renigunbta it is worthwhile to catch even a train going from TIRUPATI to RENIGUNTA . However the easiest and convinient option is bus or Auto
