Yes, it's possible to reach hyderabad by noon if you start early from Sri-sailam. Road conditions are excellent.

You can go for boating in the sri-sailam dam backwaters after using the trolly to reach there.

In Tirumala, you're lucky if you get the darshan in the same day. Even if you get the darshan you will become tired by the time you come out of temple. So it's good to spend at least 1 night in Tirumala

Once you enter the queue for darshan you don't know when you will come out of it. It's very difficult to predict rush in Tirumala. So don't keep tight schedule at least in Tirumala. As i said earlier you're lucky if you can get out of the temple in 2-4 hours.

I am a frequent visitor to Tirumala and i remember once i spent 20 hours in queue to have darshan

Agree with @nmksingh. IF you are able to book darshan in advance and get in queue in time, it will take between 3 to 6 hours minimum to have darshan and come out. Much longer likely because of the summer rush. Then you need to pack-up and reach Tirupati. That takes at least an hour. From Tirupati if you hire a vehicle it will take 10 hours to reach Srisailam and 12 hours by Bus. See here: http://www.ghumakkar.com/2011/03/26/...rupati-part-2/

From Srisailam to Sec'bad is also 10 hours by bus, but much less by cab/taxi (have done this in a car and it took 6 hours) so both Tirupati-Srisailam and Srisailam-Sec'bad are best done overnight.

You have not mentioned when you plan to do this trip, but it is very hot and exhaustion comes sooner in summer.

You can check the http://apsrtconline.in/ site to check for timings, availability & reservation

I think early morning buses are not available in that case you can go for a night journey if possible.
