Which is better?

Lakshadweep islands or Andaman Islands? Im trying to decide East or West? Are the Lakshadweep islands much more expensive? Any idea of how much a cheap room is on both areas? Thanks...Tim

Andamans is highly recommended. A variety of hotels to choose from and easy accessibility. Daily flights from Chennai and Kolkata.

Lakshadweep on the other hand is kinda isolated. Just a couple of hotels and pretty expensive. Travelling is also a problem as there is only a single flight operating from Cochin and a couple of ships.

Both these islands are worth a visit, definitely. Foreigners require a special pass to visit Andamans and Lakshadweep Islands, please take note.
