A big congratulations Nitin.

July-Aug is monsoon season in Andamans, you may not be able to enjoy the clear blue skies or do activites like snorkeling, diving etc... You have to access most of the islands through boats and if weather is bad, everything may get cancelled. In short July-Aug is not tourist season in the Andamans.

You are very fast to change your decision.Have you ever seen rain falling down not on head but on the sea...especially from a hotel room with your best friend in your arms.....fyi...hardly any fools go to snorkling and scuba diving when they are on their honeymoon...anyway best wishes and have a great time in Kashmir...
