mosi's and temp now in andamans
hello,
how is the mosi situation in the andamans at the moment? ihad to leave hampi early bcos i was being eatten alive! swarms of them round my ankles whilst i was eating. please advise also i believe temperatures are perfect at the moment? thanks guys

There are mosquitoes in certain places in the andamans.I experienced mosquitoes in havelock and the nort andamans though at port blair was living in an ac room so didnt notice then.

Same with me in Port Balir was put up in an ac room. However in Havelock the time we entered the room switched on the good night till we left. But when we were out did not face any problems during day & night times both.
Weather is getting hotter. Afternoons will be very much hotter with the sun rays directly hitting you. Ronak.

I was there this time last year, and the weather was perfect. Mosquitos weren't any more of a problem there than anywhere else in India, except maybe at the Central Lodge in Port Blair.....that place seemed to attract them........
