Moon bathing in the andamans

I have read that there are place where you can go moon bathing... (moon-bathing while planktons swim in a phosphorescent sea)

If so where can i do this..?

You can do this anywhere,but some places have more sharks and saltwater crocodiles than others. Both are more active during times of moonlight
