We are a group of 4 operating on a very tight budget. We finally choose Andaman Islands(Port Blair) Package. Is it possible to get to and fro from Bombay to Andaman Islands within 15-20K Budget?

you can still analyze the cost of travel to chennai by train and by ship to port blair.
