I think some others have divulged the names of agencies with which they have been content,have a peep on some other posts and threads. Good luck,hope you and your parents enjoy your vacation.

Take a look at Andaman and Nicobar administration web site(google it) on the visit section you will find a list of tour operators. The government guesthouses on the islands would be ideal for you and your parents,among other places ,i am sure.
