Can anyone please suggest the best economical flight to Andaman(port Blair) from Bangalore.It would also be helpful if a cost estimate is given for the flight.

There are no flights to/from PortBlair/Bangalore. PortBlair is connected to Chennai/Kolkata/Delhi. I suggest you fly/drive to Chennai and catch a flight to PortBlair. There are 3 daily flights from Chennai to PortBlair.
