Cloth or ready made traditional clothes????

Hello people.
Can anyone recommend to me a good quality ready made clothes shop in Port Blair.I shall be looking for some kurtas, and some shirts, some pyjama and /or churidar.
Alternatively ,if ready made is not available, then i should like to know the whereabouts of a decent fabric shop so as i can buy fabric and get articles made on one of the islands.
I am aware of a few fabric outlets in Aberdeen bazaar, but are there better ones in other locations?
Prior thanks for any input.

LOL, Mridula Martinez, I really don't know the Andamans; but assuming you land somewhere else first, isn't it an idea to stock up there? (Although supporting the local economy if that's what you have in mind might be nice; but then they're unlikely to get rich off of you either, no.)

Hi Machadinha, normaly i would go to a Khadi bhavan or Fab India in a major city, but this trip i go from international terminal at Chennai directly to domestic and get a flight to Port Blair, hence the questions.

Hello mridula.
At the moment, yes,i am only looking for that place.I spent best part of a year travelling India in the 1970s and to be frank,i find it a little dissapointing now. So i go to Andaman for the 3rd time. I have to ask you to clarify what you mean by"i was thinking that Andaman forum must be a mistake" Best wishes.M.
