Boat from Neil to Havelock

Hi,

Can anyone pls guide me what is the process of buying ferry tickets from Neil to Havelock in the morning? The ferry timings shown in the site shows the schedule from Port Blair to Havelock/Neil but not the return timings, need guidance for that also

Hi.If leaving Neil for Havelock you buy the tickets on the boat. It is the same from Neil to Port Blair. Neil does not have a ticket office. If leaving from Havelock to Neil or Port Blair then you must buy a ticket at the office near the jetty.

The boat (MV Rani Lakshmi, usually) leaves Port Blair at 6:30 in the morning and first stops at Neil and proceeds onwards to Havelock and backtracks through the same route. At PB, you can buy the tickets at the Port Authority ticket counter. But alternatively you can get the tickets from the Ticket Checker in the boat itself.

The 06:30 boat from PB to Neil actually returns directly to PB .There is,on select days,another early boat that goes back to PB via Havelock. Come what may ,there is no ticket office on Neil and tickets are bought on the boat
