Andaman news

Hello !

Just after having decided my trip to the Andamans I came upon this article on the web. It's probably going to go construction crazy soon. I wonder if this is going to be owned / operated by locals or fat-cat businessmen from the mainland. Does anyone know of any organizations / petitions against this development. Also I would be grateful if there was any information if the development is going to be strictly on Havelock or are they opening up other islands too .
