I got this reply from DiveIndia so there's hope at least i think:

Thank you for your interest in diving with us. As of now, we do plan to stay open in June and July but doing the course is dependant on the weather. Mild rain is not a problem but in case of heavy storms, we will have to cancel.

DiveIndia is a professional outfit. You can def. rely on their words. Only thing is visibility will be little poor.

Yep diveIndia rocks and the boss Vinnie is ubercool . And so are the instructors (my close buddies) Jackson , Mandy , Jhonny and Dixon. Say Hi to em when you get there.
