Nothing much in Wandoor apart from being starting point for excursions to Jolly Buoy and Red Skin Islands which are part of the Marine National Park ,for snorkelling. Wandoor Beach itself is average. Also strictly avoid Red Skin as snorkelling and corals are just passable compared to Havelock Island(Elephant Beach). Also check if excursions to Jolly Buoy are currently being allowed. The corals and marine life there is supposed to be quite good. Any accomodation available in Wandoor is likely to be very limited and isolated and costly. Beach Huts unlikely, unless they have come up in the past couple of years.

My suggestion is to stay in Port Blair and visit Wandoor as a half day trip. It's a 40 minute bus ride from the main Bus Stop near Aberdeen Bazaar in Port Blair and costs 10-15 Rs. Also, if you do visit , do so before going to Havelock /Neil Island as the Corals /snorkelling and the beaches will otherwise dissapoint you in comparison.

There is a place at wandoor called "the sanctuary"it is to be found on sanctuary road(or rather dirt track) it is a little costly and is run bye a sophisticated young man called Rajiv. The accomodations are quite tasteful and the food there is also first rate.At the beach by the new heliport there is a dive outfit that also takes snorkelers for a small fee that includes a packed lunch. They go way out to a massive reef that is quite spectacular but there is much better to be found at other islands like Havelock and Neil.

there are some huts at wandoor near the beach where you can get private boats to the islands. about 1k from the ferry jetty. i think it is called paradise resort. the owner is very nice and makes good food. some other huts were being built nearby and there is at least one other resort there but looked expensive. apparently you can snorkel at that beach but the day i visited, the water was too murky.
there is also a forest lodge on a hill, overlooking where the boats leave from, to go to the islands. great views!
really steep climb up some stairs but accommodation was ye olde colonial style and quaint. food is served there also. the snag with the forest lodge is, that you have to book with the forestry (i think), which is in port blair. they have set prices like the government guest houses on the islands. there are small books with maps and all the info one needs for the islands, on sale at book shops. about 50rps i think i paid.
