Taj end of June or beginning of August- any difference in view?

Hello! I have learned so much about visiting the Taj and Agra here! It is quite interesting and amusing too to read the many differences in opinion

Quick question- I can either visit Taj around June 27, or August 6...any difference in the view? I realize it is monsoon season and am just wondering if a few weeks makes a difference in cloudy/haziness? As of now, planning on viewing via rooftop for sunset, in person for sunrise.

Thanks, Lynn

The Taj remains the same.

The Taj is closer to earth than Clouds..!!

Thank you! I didn't think 4-5 weeks would make much of a difference....but you never know! Appreciate the response.

August is certainly better and much more pleasant weather wise.

June also has rains but the eather can be humid.

As far as Views go there is not much of a difference. And I personally love the way the Taj looks during the rains and in the winters. The summers is the absolute wrong time to visit the beauty.

The breeze blows in your face during the month of August which is perfect when you stand behind the Taj and observe it.

The 6th of august is a full moon, so you can see the taj in the moon light , I am planning to go about that time.

That would be what I'd go for.

@Yogarolla
Having seen the Taj in a scorching April and a damp August I took the better photos in August. The A1 sized print hanging in my house shows a depth of colours (deep blue sky, white clouds) that I never managed to capture this April.

How about in September?

Is it a risk (of rain/fog) in the month of September? We are planning to be there on 21st Sep.
