Seeing the Taj alone
I'm travelling to Mumbai in December and considering a trip up to Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Jodhpur. But alone (I am a guy!) - any advice/recommendations/experience?

You'll be fine, just use your common sense and ALWAYS trust your gut instinct.. that of course applies whether you're by yourself or traveling in a group.
Consider yourself lucky, It's much easier to travel alone
Do plenty of homework beforehand... I can give you some good tips for accommodation for Agra, the Sheela Inn is fantastic! and I'd recommend spending at least 2 days in Agra to give you a chance to see the Taj at sunrise

you will never be really alone in india!
