I did not quite understand the question. You plan to take a Bus from Agra - Fatehpur Sikri and want to know where to keep the luggage while you sight see. And then move on to Jaipur by Bus from there.

It makes sense - your plan. BUT unfortunately no place I know where you could leave it.

How much luggage are you talking about ?

Yes.
My route is Agra --> Fatehpur Sikri and then move on from Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur. And so we will have luggage with us so we want to find a place to leave it so once we finish our sightseeing at Fatehpur Sikri we can take it back and move on to Jaipur immediately.
Thanks!

Why don't you contact travel agents, they will surely take care of your trip as well as your luggage.

Halo Takk,
You are confussed about the route. Fate-pur-sikri lies on the way to Jaipur! Why do you want to come back for the luggage? You carry the luggage along with you and proceed to Jaipur. Always keep in mind to enjoy the tour keep the luggage to the bare minimum.

Come on guys, not hard. He wants to drop his luggage somewhere while going around Fatehpur Sikri.

OP- I did this a month ago. Hotel Ajay International is right next to the bus station and will let you leave bags there. I think I paid 30 or 50 rupees, can't really remember. Their rooftop restaurant is pretty good and definitely worth a stop.

There are no direct buses from Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur. Take a bus going back towards Agra and hop off at the toll booth. Hang out with the police guys until an Agra-Jaipur bus comes along and then hop on there. Don't be alarmed when the bus goes the wrong way on the divided highway, they just want to stop at a roadside stand (well, I guess being alarmed is ok just expect this).

When I got on there was one seat left next to the fattest guy I've seen in India. If I remember right its only like 20-30 minutes to a station where a lot of people got off. I think worst case is that you will stand for 30 min and then you will get a seat. Intercity buses in India don't just go from city center to city center. They make stops all over the place and most of the passengers don't make the entire trip. I think the bus I was on thinned out to 1/4 full once we got away from Bharatpur.

You can always just wait for the next bus if its packed as well.

Make sure your bag isn't that big because the overhead racks in the buses don't have a whole lot of room. I'd estimate its 18 inches clearance. I have the large size of this bag and it barely fits. http://www.backcountrygear.com/catal...tail.cfm/OS626

Couple things I forgot:

Hotel name is Ajay Palace not Ajay International. The guy there is really nice and helpful.

There were some guys in the Mosque that claimed they worked in the Mosque and were required to escort tourists around. He said that there was no charge. I told him that he was full of shit, that I don't want a guide, and I am not paying anything. He "guided" me around took me to a guy selling shit and tried a hard sell. I had to be clear and loud that I wasn't buying anything to get away. Of course at the end he asked me for money, but I told him to get off. I suggest doing the same.
