Dig (Deeg) Water Palace
Hi, I would like to the water palace, does anyone know how easy it is to get to from Bharajapur, are there trips/buses or do we get a driver and go by ourselves? Will it take all day, do we need to stay overnight in Bharajapur or could be hop off the train and get back on later to make it to Agra the same day? (we will be origionally coming from Jaipur)
Any help appreciated. thanks X |

When we visited Deeg we had a car at our disposal for a longer time. We stayed some days in Bharatpur and on our way back to Delhi we visited the monsoon palace.
I think it took something like 1 hour to reach it from Bharatpur. I don't know if their are regular busses. It was nice to see but, except one week in the year, there is no water in the tanks and the fountains. |
