Thank you very much for the link Habesha - I have followed the instructions so fingers crossed it won't take too long! It was a huge chore as I already had log in details for both, so I just made a brand new account. I hope they don't see the similar email addresses and it causes a problem

Hi y'all, just a quick update. I emailed IRCTC yesterday and just now received an SMS OTP by email - v. quick! I followed the instructions in Habesha's link. Thanks again for the help

I got my mobile OTP in less than two days too, and have been able to book my trips between Delhi and Agra on cleartrip without any problems. So, after all, it is a relatively painless process.

And now time to deal with the HPTDC to book buses all the way to Leh - fun.. fun

Delhi and Agra are two of the must visit place in India tour. The great taj mahal and red fort are thrilling experience.
