Delhi-Agra 1 day

Read many threads here but the best option for Delhi-Agra seems to be to take the 6:00 AM train from Delhi. Problem is we arrive at 10PM the previous day from the US so would be tired and do not want to take such an early train.

Are there other options?

eems like car would work but some have said the car ride is 4 hours. Others say it is 3 hours. For what it worth we will be doing this on Saturday so traffic should be light right?

Also, namaste india tours has not responded to my email. Is there a phone number for them?

Namaste India Tours don't use a phone number. Please read the paragraph at the bottom of this page for more information:
http://namasteindiatours.com/BestQuote.htm

Sometimes it takes a few days for them to reply to emails; there's only two people checking and they are usually busy. They will reply eventually.

The car journey Delhi - Agra is BETWEEN 3 and 4 hours depending on the traffic! Since, as you say, there will be no rush hour, you should be fine.

Karuna has told you rightly. Namaste tours will give you phone number only after you give them the confirmation for tour.

Hi... Delhi-Agra tour is one of the most common programme for visitors....Agra is only 203kms from delhi...generally it takes 03hrs30 minutes....so this is one of the best option for travellers after morning train option...other positive point of car ride is one can enjoy many villages and other things while travelling and take a small break for chai/Tea anywhere.....

After reaching agra...as agra is a small city it dsnt take much time...2hrs for taj.1/30 for red fort...01 hr for baby taj...if like 2 visit...than you are left with Sikandra...and gurudwara only....

other possibilities are fatehpur sikri....30kms from agra...and Bharatpur bird sanctuary......
