Col. Lambas Homestay
I canot find an email address on the official site but have found out i can book through the hostelbookers site. Has anyone used this site to book at this place? im not very trusting of these intermediary sites.

OK moved to Agra forum. It also appears to be called the Col. Lamba Indian Home Stay which might lead you further.
