Camera w/video at the Taj Mahal

I have a canon camera that doesn't look like a video cam but has video capability.
Do they check your camera for that feature and make you pay the video fee or not allow it on the grounds?

I think pretty well any digital camera has video capacity but no-one at sites we visited charged video rate for a digital camera. They didn't check what features the camera had.
