Booking official Agra 1 day trip?

From this website I have found that there is an official day trip from Agra Cannt station to the Taj and Fatephur Sikri which coincides with the Taj Express train from Delhi.

Problem is when I call they don't understand me and I can't make a reservation.

Does anyone know an easier way to make the reservation eg email?
