Agra Fort train station to Taj Mahal
Lonely Planet: From the Taj the roads west to Agra Fort and east to Shilpgram are traffic quiet. Battery-operated buses(indian/foreigner Rs 4/free, every 15 min 6am-7pm) and tongas, electric vikrams, camel charts and an elephant provide transport options along these roads.
My question is WHERE closest to Agra Fort train station is it possible to find those battery-operated buses to go to Taj Mahal? Is it possible to travel with small suitcases? In this way it might be possible to avoid taxis and rickshaws at the same time as ecological transport is taken.   |
