Tsunami Bride

My friend and I were having tea at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo Sri Lanka about 30 yards from the sea. At about 10:00 AM or so I took this photo of this bride sitting behind us with her new husband. The seas started to act up. The wave(s) did not come in strong - Luckily (or God's Grace) the 2 mile strip of Galle Face was skipped - the larger waves hit just below us and above us and caused massive destruction and loss of life. The couple will have an extra reminder of their wedding day.
