Moonset over the Nilgiris

Amazing moonset at 7.15am, over the grass mountains of Avalanche, on a cold December morning.

We were at the right place, at the right time. The sun had just risen over the mountain on the opposite side, at 7.10am though it was bright much before that.

The grass mountains in this picture are approx. 2300m high.
