This was the first photo I posted on Sun November 5, 2006. I thought I would post it again today June 28 2008 as my last photo. The 824th photo I have posted on IM dates from 1970 on my first overland trip to India 2008 trip to Gujarat and Rajasthan. The photos received a combined viewing of just under 1/2 million views as of 8/24/08. I have no plans to return to India and no inner calling to do so - at this time. For all you faithful travelers of India you know what I am talking about. Thank You for all your wonderful comments. My exit on posting photos will leave space for all the other great photographers on IM. Sure gonna miss that chai.

Nick-H Yes I guess I kind of am the Sri Lankan Guy - I think I probably have more photos of the teardrop island than anyone else. If the war settles down in Sri Lanka and the possibility of surviving a trip is possible there, I will return one day if God wills. India is still dear to my heart. Thank You all. Be in touch
