Rather fancy hotel with pool, a great place to catch your breath after stressful travel. If you're feeling worn down and want to spring for some luxury, this is the place. Large, very clean rooms with a/c, great shower and a pool that's large enough for swimming laps. Massage facilities on site. It's about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The downside is the price, as it's a lot more expensive than the simpler guesthouses that are right on the beach. The place is nicer than it looks on their website. Hot showers, a/c, pool, restaurant (that's not very good) and bar.

Food wasn't that special in the café, but there's a restaurant called Sea Gueen next to Villa Anjuna, which made very good food and they also showed movies there, 2 per evening.

This is possibly the nicest place in Anjuna. The website says prices start at Rs.750 in the shoulder season, but (mid October 2004) in a fan cooled room for which they quoted me Rs.500. I got them to put a TV in which was and extra Rs.50/day. With tax it all comes to Rs.572, so not too shabby for resort-style accomodation with ... read more »
