Modern Indian hotel with pretty much all the mod cons. Good, reasonably priced restaurant ('Cinderella's). Great views down the Kullu Valley from the restaurant's roof terrace and some of the balconies. Nice, friendly staff. Top of the range for me, this. Good value if you fancy splashing out a bit. Likes: All mod cons. First time I'd watched TV in months. It's a good place to stay if you usually go for budget accommodation but are willing to splash out and pamper yourself a bit. Dislikes: A bit lacking in atmosphere but it's a modern hotel so you expect that, really. Rooms vary from Rs.400 to Rs. 1000 depending on the season / how busy it is / your ability to bargain. I paid Rs. 500 for a double room with TV and it's own balcony in July. This is more than I usually pay but it was worth the extra.
