We have stayed at this place in December 06 and also in December 07. It is a nice place with very basic type of rooms, but rooms are spacious and clean.
Beach is very ner-by, and good shacks also. Supermarket is on walking distance.

Place is having great location, it is on the beach and near to market and restaurants.
Owner is very friendly and helpful.:D
Above all the place is not at all crowded and noisy.
We enjoyed a great stay, which is un-forgettable.
Price is also very reasonable.
