We just came back from Kerala and the 3 days in Rose Gardens was definitely the highlight of our trip. We stayed there over Christmas of 2009, with cake and fireworks to mark the night. My wife and I stayed for only day here in January 2009, but we had a really good time with Tomy and his lovely family - their hospitality was unbeatable. We stayed at Tomy's place in December, right after Xmas. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anybody. Tomy arranged for a taxi which picked us up from the Cochin Airport - it's a nice 3-hrs drive to Munnar. Rose Gardens Homestay is 12 km from Munnar, on the main road. It is a nice, very clean house.
