Paradise Nest

Positives: Location, Rooms, Cleanliness, Hospitality, special arrangements
Negatives: None found

Located just below frozen snow peaks, it could be your best ever stay if in the time of snow. In the month of March, when its -6/7 Degrees outside, I happened to be there 3 nights, amongst which one was the full moon of Holi. I can not probably describe in words, how it looks when the twilight flashes the snow covered stretches just outside the glass wall. We had travels amidst 8/9 feet high snow walls to reach the restaurant for dinner, still it was worth it. The food is excellent and so are the staffs. They are extremely courteous and arrange different entertainment programs like orchestra, candle light dinner, local folk dance etc every night for the guests. You get Jacuzzis and shower cubicles in the Presidential Suites and bathtubs in few rooms just below Presidential suites in terms of rent. Cleanliness is good. I have not visited the place beyond March, so can not say how the place looks when its apple all around, but believe that it should be looking equally wonderful as the place is amply surrounded by apple orchards. Solang valley in one word is heaven and Solang valley resort is the gateway to that. Price is high, but it is okay if I get so many facilities in return to that.
