Have been this morning in Hotel Jaya International. The management has changed and now is Jaya International Mambika. Prices have gone up drastically. Have seen a cheap room (1640 + tax) and the smell was terrible and the room looked hundred years old, so I have moved to another hotel in the area: SG COMFORTS better and cheaper, just beside Hotel Mercure.
