Stayed there in October 2010. Stuff were very helpful. Payed 950 Rs for 4 bed room, 700 Rs for 3 bed room. both non AC. The rooms are quite clean (with clean bedsheets and towels) we only had problem with mices who are wandering around...and it's not comfortable to see a mouse running from one corner to another. There is a nice small restaurant in the garden but offers only a basic food. But for buget travelers it's a good option.
