Good budget hotel

Positives: Good location, big rooms, permanent hot water, reasonable price
Negatives: There is no elevator, so if your room on the 4th floor - you have to climb up :)
Spend 2 nights in Nov 2008, good clean place with big rooms. Location is at a noisy road, but windows were really quite sound-proof, so it was quiet at the hotel. I did not try their restraurant, but there are some very good eateries around.
