Positives: Location.
Negatives: food

I have stayed several times between 2009 and 2010 at the hotel on my business/professional visits to the town.

I think the rooms are fine.
I can't say that about the staff. some of them are helpful but others are indifferent.
The food is not so good.
The location of the hotel is, however, very good.
