HORRIBLE management

We stayed at Elgin during last week of March (2010). The hotels is at a good location (though on the expensive side), clean and the serving staff were excellent.
However, the hotel management (reception,duty manager and sales officers) were extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. We strongly recommend not to stay at Elgin.
