This place is a lovely place to stay for a couple of days, most only stay one, which we did, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The setting is stunning, the rooms are right in front of the water.
We payed between 1000rs and 1200rs for a double room, the food they cooked was lovely. It's a little way out of town, so you need to get a rickshaw there from the bus or train station, and there aren't any shops there, so stock up on ciggies if you smoke. But you can get beer and soft drinks no problem. The staff are a bit hard to find sometimes, but it wasn't really a problem.
Highly recommended, best place we stayed in India. The rooms were very clean, and we didn't get too many mozzies either.
