Not at all a good choice for a stay

Negatives: Its a bit noisy, rooms are dingy, no facility
We stayed there in 2005 during New year period, we were charged very high for our 3 days stay. The place is having small dingy rooms with bath. Hot water was provided in a bucket once a day. Bathrooms, with broken glasses, matresses were changed only once during our stay on repeated requestd.
It is not at all a good choice. I don't think the things would have changed in a matter of 3 years.
