Surely the worst place I've been during 3 weeks trip in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Asked for the most expensive room, they didn't tell us they where renovating some suite and the working was so noisy during all the day you cannot stay in the room for a rest.
During the night the noise continued: due the particular shape of the building we can hear all the cheating from the entrance and all the tidying up noise from the roof top restaurant (we where at 5th floor.
Beware the musical-carrillon-elevator: after 4 days we got crazy listening all day and night long that orrible tune!
At 6.30AM someone of the staff ring our door for givin' the newspaper and the voucher for breakfast. They did it everyday tough the fist day we had asked to not be disturbed.
Hot water only 5.00AM - 9.00AM
The Concierge laughed at our complaints!!
The porter took the less weighing trolley laving to me the heaviest bag.
