My only issue would be the breakfast...

My only issue would be the breakfast. If you were staying for longer than one day, it would get pretty tedious having the same thing everyday.
The room was a delight althought the linen on the bed smelled awful. I put that down to the rain and being unable to dry things quickly.
It was a peaceful place to stay in a great location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
