We paid US$66 per night through an online agent, and we requested a room at the back away from the street noise. Upon arrival in early Dec., they showed us a smelly room with tainted pink carpet, and a chair with curious brown stains. We refused but they insisted that this was the room we paid for and any better room will incurred an upgrade charge anywhere from $20 to $40. Then, they showed us the so called upgraded room, which was exactly the same as the first one minus the smelly carpet but added the street noise and $20 more. And what would we get for $40 more? A slightly larger room with a sinking leather sofa but quieter. We refused and we argued for half an hour. Then, they took us to this room with someone's luggage in there. We accepted this one and paid the additional $20, so they removed that poor tourist's belongings to the lousy room we saw earlier and put us in this one you see in the photos. Completely unprofessional.

We prepaid over the internet for two nights ? a big mistake. Every night they turned off the AC around mid-night and we woke up all sweaty and bitten by mosquitoes. The door knob was loose and the door jam was broken a few times over (see pic.). They tried to rip us off on the car. The bathroom walls were all moldy. The toilet couldn't flush nothing, not even human waste, let alone toilet paper. By the way, look at that terrifying dried up wet roll of toilet paper. Peeling (lead?) paint everywhere. The bad news goes on and on.
