Overall: 
Positives: The location and variety of rooms and prices
Negatives: Restaurant is a bit expensive
I stayed in Sita for over a month in total and had checked out quite a few hotels and GH in Varanasi. Sita's location is a definitve plus as it is near to the Main ghat so it's easy to see everything going on there, especially in the evenings, but it's also away from the noise and bustle so it's very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very clean and the hot water is very hot! The other main added plus is the staff. Gokul and Gorakh the two brothers who own/run the place are very nice, friendly and informative about anything to do with Varanasi and its culture. Sita is also close and within easy distance of the main venues for music concerts which take place most evenings in Varanasi......don't miss out on going to a concert!
