Positives: Nice bathrooms of western standards, excellent food
Negatives: Bani Park - outside of town and LOTS of traffic
Current prices:
Single: 2400Rs
Double: 2800Rs
Heritage: 4100Rs

Lunch/Dinner: 300Rs
Stayed here recently. Although we had a terrible misunderstanding/problem at first the situation was resolved adequately.
The food is amazing and it is a pleasure to eat there. There are even a few nice French/Indian wines available. The rooms are nice if a bit modern and with only a moderate amount of character (or try the lovely heritage room!). Bathrooms are of western standards.
Overall Jas Villas feels more European rather than Indian to me.
The major problem with it, is not its fault but rather the location in the rapidly growing Jaipur. It is located in Bani Park outside of town and with all of Jaipur's new traffic and appalling air pollution getting to and from town to the hotel is quite a drain.
I've been going to Jaipur for the last 5 years or so and used to enjoy staying in Bani Park, but no more.
