Positives: helpful staff, great location, good value, amazing rooftop view

I booked Leela GH in advance and was pleased with my choice from that initial contact. Raju was friendly and helpful with regard to the rickshaw drivers. When we arrive he refused to pay commision to the driver who dropped us off. We had a double room, which was clean, and although small was very bright and at 350rp was good value.
He also advised us where to buy silk and although we suspected he may have made some commission we were glad of the advice as we did buy some very lovely pieces.
It is a shame that they have not done more with the rooftop as the view is amazing, but the food was very average and VERY slow (we only had the one breakfast there).
We found the place to be friendly, good value and pretty clean, in a great location.
