Just spent a week at Martha's this January - I had been before for the breakfasts many times but wanted to stay there and did not regret it at all. They will do airport pick ups, and the best breakfasts in Anjuna if not Goa.
The previous post questioned the price and if it was relative for Anjuna that time of year - I would say yes, for this class of guest house, sure you can get cheaper but without certain facilities like TV or fridge. Somewhere to compare with this place would be White Negro in Anjuna which is nearer to the beach but less friendly and accomodating.
Patrick has just put in some more computers for internet access.
